Returns Policy

 

In the event that what you received is materially different from what was described, or arrives damaged; we will arrange collection of the item and process a full refund.

Due to the nature of made-to-order goods; we cannot process refunds in the event that a customer changes their mind after placing an order.

 

Shipping Policy

A flat rate of R59 is charged for nationwide courier anywhere in South Africa. 

Collection can be arranged from our facility in Bedfordview, JHB. Contact us if you wish to do so. However the same lead time per item applies.

Please note the lead time of each item in your cart. The lead time is stated in the item description. While we do manage to dispatch all orders in line with these lead times most of the time; we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, so it is important to order earlier than later in the event you require delivery by a certain date. Refunds will not be granted in the even of a late delivery. However if the delay is substantial - 5 days or more; we will issue a compensatory R150 voucher towards your next order.
